Rahul Gandhi promises to make UP a progressive state

While attacking the non-Congress parties like BSP, SP and BJP for the present plight of Uttar Pradesh, All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has assured that a Congress Government in the state would transform the state in the next ten years. Uttar Pradesh will be No. 1 state in the next ten years if Congress gets a chance to rule the state. People from other states will come to UP for jobs, Rahul Gandhi hoped.

While talking about the issues of corruption, unemployment and lack of infrastructure in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi said that this situation has come because of the wrong policies of non-Congress parties like BJP, SP and BSP. These non-Congress parties forgot development of the state and instead indulged in corruption and other malpractices. Rahul Gandhi explained that Congress (I) ruled states like Delhi, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh are surging ahead. Rahul Gandhi urged the people that if given chance Congress (I) will bring back UP on the track of development. What other non-Congress parties failed to do in twenty two years, Congress (I) would do in ten years promised Rahul Gandhi.
