Sonia Gandhi in Mizoram speaks at the function after launching food security programme

Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Friday addressed a public meeting at Aizawl, the capital of Mizoram, after laying the foundation stone for construction of a new Sainik School at Chhingchhip, besides making public announcement for the implementation of the Food Security Bill in the State. Sonia Gandhi also launched the fourth phase of New Land Use Policy (NLUP), flagship programme of the ruling Congress in the state.
