He added that while the recommendations given by Sachhar Committee have been implemented in Congress (I) ruled states, Mayawati has not done so in UP. Mayawati and Mulayam Singh Yadav have kept the minority as hostages to grab their votes, said Rahul Gandhi. He also mentioned the central government waiver of Rs 50,000 loans for the weavers. Highlighting that reservation quota for the minority will be reviewed for increase and more socio-economic programs for their upliftment will be undertaken, Rahul Gandhi promised that Congress (I) will solve the pending issues of Muslim minority.
